2. Description of Service

Intel Platform provides real-time market intelligence, analysis, and data aggregation services. Our service includes both free and premium subscription tiers.

3. Subscription Plans

• Standard Plan ($9/month): 3-hour cache refresh, 2 real-time reports daily
• Premium Plan ($19/month): 1-hour cache refresh, 10 real-time reports daily
• Enterprise Plan ($49/month): Real-time data streaming, unlimited reports

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all subscription plans. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes or to violate any laws. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the Service.
